ORDERING GUIDELINES

 

MINIMUM ORDER - $20.00 (before shipping).

 

SHOPPING CART           

When shopping our site you can see your order total and items you've added to your cart at all times without having to change pages. Look to the top right of the page and you will see a mini shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout click the blue gift bag button and you will be directed to our secured checkout pages where you will supply your shipping address, optionally create an account with us, review your order including shipping and tax (tax is applied only in Florida), and finally your credit card information which is processed through a 128-bit secured socket layer.

 

OPTIONAL REGISTRATION

It is not necessary to register to order from the online catalog. Registering your personal information will, however, allow you to retrieve your order history in the future, create a product wish list and make it quicker to place orders in the future.

 

SITE SECURITY           

All personal and payment information is protected by a SSL (secured socket layer) which keeps your information safe.

 

There is an optional box to select if you would like to receive emails from us only about specials, new products, etc. We do not share your contact information with anyone else.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. Debit cards are fine if it has a credit card logo on it.

 

SHIPPING

We ship all orders received Monday through Friday within 24 hours. Orders received after 2pm Friday through Sunday may not be shipped until Monday.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

We ship all domestic orders USPS priority mail ~ 2-3 business days

            Free priority shipping on all orders over $100!

            For orders between $20.00-$40.00 = $4.60

                                               $40.01-$60.00 = $5.70

                                               $60.01-$99.99 = $6.65

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We will ship to Canada, Europe, and Australia for the actual global priority shipping costs plus $2.00. Other countries please email first for a quote. An international money order in U.S dollars may be required prior to shipping.

 

Any custom or duty fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

RETURN POLICY           

Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. All items must be in original condition and a copy of the invoice should be included. No partial strands, packs or tubes of beads my be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

If you receive any damaged or incorrect merchandise please contact us immediately.

 

BACKORDERS

Although we try to have all our online products in stock, there may be an item or items that we are out of. We will ship partial orders unless instructed otherwise, and we will email you when an out of stock item is in. At that time you can let us know if you still want it. Backordered items are shipped for free.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive email confirmation when your order reaches us, and again when it is shipped.

 

SALES TAX

If we are shipping to the state of Florida, we are required by law to charge 6.25% sales tax. If you have a sales tax certificate you can email or fax it to us and we will remove the tax from your final invoice. You only have to send us a copy once a year. We will keep it on file.
